The Caveman has been at it again, always seeking to use more of every part and reduce waste, he’s turned his attention to rendering pure animal fats from their livestock at Arrowhead Beef. Offering both Beef and Pork options, tallow and lard are phenomenal for frying or sauteing at high heat or even used in baked goods (lard only). 12 oz jars.

Pork Lard - Rendered from left lard so this is a smooth white fat with minimal ‘porky’ flavor. Great in the skillet or in Grandma’s biscuit recipe.
Beef Tallow - Made from our grass-fed/finished beef cattle raised by our partner Arrowhead Beef (link) this fat is the epitome of cast iron cooking. If you’re cooking an animal, cook with an animal. Use tallow when cooking meat, any temperature! Quit using bullshit vegetable oils and switch to beef tallow.
