What!? You make beef jerky too!? Yes, yes I do. Leave no morsel behind! Not only do I make jerky, I make really fkn good jerky. And because we use our succulent Wagyu beef, unlike other jerky, mine has fat. And it tastes good. This jerky isn’t for average folk or those that don’t know how to chew. This is real, old fashioned jerky. I don’t use any bullshit preservatives, simple marinades (no soy either, this isn’t amateur hour) and then dehydrated. Yah, you gotta rip the jerky to enjoy it. Caveman up and jump on the jerky train.
